Extended Hours: This is an appointment only service for patients who cannot attend at any other time. There is no telephone service at this time and the doors are set on a buzzer system to let patients in as they arrive.

General Appointments:

We operate a full Appointment System. Appointments may be made at the reception desk, or telephone (01283) 563561 during surgery hours, Monday to Friday.

Appointments can be booked on the day, or pre-booked in advance. Each appointment is for one family member only.

We also have some pre-bookable evening appointments available to those patients who cannot attend during normal surgery hours.

Urgent Appointments:

For an urgent appointment call or telephone us in advance, preferably before 10am. You will be seen on the same day by one of the doctors.

Requests for Home Visits:

These should be made before 11.00am. Please do not request one unless the patient is genuinely too ill to attend. A doctor can see eight patients at surgery in the time it takes to see one patient at home.

Cancelling an Appointment:

If you cannot keep your appointment with the Doctor or Nurse, please let Reception know in good time or cancel your appointment online. We can offer your appointment to someone else and therefore help to reduce waiting times.
